Using the calling card number or label number on the card, you can track which Parcel Connect agent your parcel has been delivered to, so you know where to go to collect your parcel.
We know you can’t always get to your local agent to collect your parcel, so we're happy to make a redelivery to the original address at no extra charge.
You may also have your parcel redelivered to another address in your area for a small charge of $5.50.
